Tulane University’s Disaster Resilience Leadership Academy (TU/DRLA) and the Consortium for Resilient Gulf Communities (CRGC) reviewed literature and compiled a bibliography pertaining to hydrocarbon events from the past three decades. This annotated bibliography includes 99 documents published from 1989-2005, drawing upon the 2010 Deepwater Horizon (DH) oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico and other hydrocarbon events from across the globe.
This resource was developed by CRGC partners.
